Hi guys ... if you are experiencing posting issues or seeing the message window stating you do not have posting privileges etc it may be because ...

1)  You are not a member of Aimoo &

2)  You are not a member of The XL Board yet.

Only Aimoo members who join this forum will be able to post.

If you wish to become a member and post on this forum plz:

1)  Create an Aimoo ID by clicking on the [Sign Up] button - located at the top right-hand side of the forum page ... i.e.

2)  Complete the Registration ... i.e.

3) If the captcha verification letters are not clear - click the [refresh] button to choose a clearer option - be sure to enter 4 characters with the same colour indicated.

4)  Ensure that you activate your new Aimoo ID membership account via your email account.

NB:  Due to incompatibility issues with Aimoo - preferred email providers are:
Hotmail, Yahoo or gmail.

5)  Click the [Join] button @ the top right-hand side of The XL Board Forum page and wait for your membership request to be processed.

NB:  Your membership request is not approved automatically.  Your request is manually processed when I am back online.

Hi Guys - just another heads up ... as mentioned in Post # 1 i.e.

Due to incompatibility issues with Aimoo - Aimoo's preferred email providers are:

Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail.

If you choose to register your Aimoo membership using other email providers - unfortunately there may lengthy delays before your Aimoo membership can be fully processed - which is beyond my control.  Until the issue is resolved I do suggest that you use a Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail email address for signing up with Aimoo... it will definitely speed up the Aimoo Registration process.

Have a good one.  Cheerz OZ  smiley48

Hey guys - just a heads - in response to several queries regarding the forum's [Join] button by prospective members wishing to join The XL Board ...

After you have applied to join The XL Board - you will not see the [Join] button again on this forum's front page.  There may be a slight delay as membership applications are processed manually by me when I am back online.  As I am based in Australia - plz take time differences into account & check back.  Once I am back online & have approved & activated your membership application for The XL Board - you will then be able to access & view/read all the boards & post.

Thanking you for your patience.  Have a good day.  Cheerz OZ_Sparklz   smiley59

Just a suggestion ... once you are a member of The XL Board & have access to the forum - may I suggest that you have a browse through The XL Board Forum Help Category which has different tips & how-to's pertaining to the forum, such as how to upload pix; how to start a new Topic/Thread; how to change your avatar; how to activate or deactivate PM (Private Message) chimes/jingles & so forth i.e.

http://forum1.aimoo.com/XLBoard/FORUM-HELP-1-87252

Plz feel free to contact me via PM - by clicking on the white envelope under my avatar or by posting on The XL Board ... enjoy your day ... Cheerz OZ smiley59

For the attention of Prospective Members wishing to join ... in response to some queries ...

Please ensure that you check the email account you used to join Aimoo to activate your Aimoo account. When you have activated your Aimoo account within your email account you can then click on the [Join] tab at the front of The XL Board.

Unfortunately sometimes there is an email + Aimoo incompatibility issue.  In those circumstances the Aimoo Administrator needs to activate your new Aimoo account over on her end of the planet.  As the Aimoo Administrator does not appear to work weekends she will not activate them until she returns to work.  Unfortunately it is out of my hands.  I thank you for your patience and ask that you keep checking back, as your Aimoo account will be activated.
Have a good day ... Cheerz OZ smiley59

Hi Guys - just a quick heads up...

When you click on the [Join] button at the top of "The XL Board" - your membership request is not processed & approved automatically.  Your request is manually processed when I am back online.  Please take time differences into account & check back.  Thanx.
